Part-Time Freelance Virtual Assistant

Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our blog on a part-time, freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pinterest pin creation and posting, social media content management, and blog article formatting and publishing. Experience with Flipboard and MSN publishing is very helpful, too!

Key Responsibilities:

Pinterest Management: Create visually compelling pins, manage posting schedules, and monitor engagement metrics. Must have demonstrated success in building a Pinterest board and driving click conversions.
Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our various social media platforms, aligned with our brand voice and objectives.
Alternate Site Post Publishing: Share and post existing blog content to MSN syndication and on Flipboard.
Blog Article Formatting and Publishing: Assist in the preparation and publication of blog articles, ensuring they are formatted correctly and visually appealing.
Interacting with Our Community: Respond to comments and queries on our blog and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Content Planning: Assist in planning content calendars and strategizing for future posts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Virtual Assistant or related role
Demonstrated success in managing a Pinterest account with high engagement and click conversions.
Experience in social media content creation and blog article formatting and publishing.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
An eye for design is a plus.

Work Flexibility

This is a part-time, freelance role with a lot of work flexibility. The selected person will be able to make their own hours within the weekly budget.
